Curbside Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees by taking advantage of our FREE curbside pickup in southern Ontario at our 3 pickup locations:

Waterloo -- Toronto -- Schomberg

Requesting a local pickup is simple, just click "Pick up" as your Delivery method during checkout instead of Shipping. Your order will be prepared and ready for pick up, usually within 2 business days. Then, as soon as your toys are packed and ready to be picked up, you will get an email with all the details you need.

We currently offer local curbside pickup in 3 Ontario locations - Waterloo, Toronto and Schomberg.

Our Toronto and Schomberg locations have limited inventory, and may need a bit longer to get your order fulfilled if the toys you want aren't available. 

If you don't see the pickup location you want, when you are selecting your shipping information, it may be because we are sold out of one of the toys you want at that location. 

Feel free to contact us via our Chat feature if you have any problems and Alexa will help you figure out the best way to proceed. 

We also have some toys that are PICKUP only, so you have a couple of more options only available if you are doing a pickup. 

Please note: our pickup locations are not storefronts, but our homes. , so when you are notified your toys are ready for pickup, please make sure to schedule your pickup in advance.

WATERLOO CURBSIDE PICKUP

Our Waterloo pickup location is by appointment only, and is located near Lexington and Bridge Street.

We don't do drop-by, so you must schedule your pickups

  • an email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup with all the details you'll need. 
  • then phone Rosemary at our Waterloo number to arrange your pickup date and time. 

Waterloo curbside pickups can be scheduled Tuesday-Saturday between 10am and 7pm. If you need another day, we can be flexible within the current restrictions, when you call to book your pickup.

TORONTO CURBSIDE PICKUP

Our Toronto pickup location is by appointment only, and located downtown, near Ryerson - close to Gerrard and Jarvis. 

We don't do drop-by, you must schedule your pickups

  • when your toys are ready, you will get an email with all the details to schedule your pickup either through Chat or email. 
  • then contact Gerry to schedule your pickup date and time.

Note: our Toronto location has limited inventory for some of our very large toys, so if you are ordering something we need to restock, you may not be able to select the Toronto pickup location. If that happens, feel free to reach out via our Chat to see when the toys will be restocked.

SCHOMBERG FARM PICKUP

Our Schomberg pickup is is by appointment only, and except during October through December, we have VERY limited inventory at this location. (Since it  is primarily available for holiday shopping for the Winter holiday season.)  

We arrange pickups at a farm located just off the 400, close to Highway 27 and 3rd Line. You can google Dunkerron or 1812 Grillhouse for approximate location.

We don't do drop-by, you must schedule your pickups

  • once your order is ready, you will receive an email with all the details you need to schedule your pickup.
  • then contact us via Chat to schedule your pickup date and time.
